Benetech USA and Millcreek Engineering Company, design/build new Truck Dump and Unit Train Loadout Project.



The project includes a new truck dump located on the east side of the highway, which would eliminate numerous daily at-grade highway crossings. Haul trucks would utilize the existing county road to just east of the highway where the trucks enter onto a new haul road that leads to a new truck dump and turn-around. Both products dump into a hopper from the haul trucks, screened, and then onto a belt conveyor that crosses over the highway to the new rail loadout facility.

21 North Design Services, LLC (21NDS) produced the layout drawings, all the renderings and animations, and provided submittal drawings to aid in the permitting process. Once the project was approved, 21NDS provided project management services to ensure the successful fit and function of the project.
